We will help you manage your students by offering an easy way to structure and group them. In addition, you will have easy access to reports, giving insight into how your dojo performs.
And we will also make it easy for you to reach out to all your students with any news promotions or simple announcements you want to share with the team.
Working with students
Our app aims to help you make the most of the dojo you have built.
The core of every dojo is always its students. That is why we want to ensure you have an easy way to organise and track your student's progress and information.
We offer a simple way of structuring and adding students to Locations or Groups where you can track how much you have earned from a particular location or track the number and type of students currently training there.
Reporting
Reporting makes it easy to spot trends and stay on top of what is happening in your dojo.
Make full use of all of the information you have collected from your students to make the correct decisions when it matters.
By looking at historical information, you could decide the best time to invest in looking for new students or plan for future tournaments.
Quickly determine the age groups your students can participate in and many more.
Engage your students
Onboard your students and engage them using our platform.
Each student can use the app as a digital student card and view any posts you have made.
In addition, inform them of any future tournaments or team news they need to be aware of.
Announcements will let you reach out to all your students and let them know what is important.

How to download
The Dojo Team mobile app is currently in development. However, we are very excited to announce that the Android version of the app has currently entered its final stages of development of version 0.5.0.
This means you will be able to take part in an early access program if you are excited to try our app. All you have to do is hit the button below, and you can download the app on your compatible mobile devices.
What to expect
As this is an early access program, you should know that the version you are downloading has undergone some testing but is known to have issues still. While we have tried to ensure no data loss occurs, we can not guarantee the smooth operation of the app yet.
You should download the app with the idea that you may encounter some issues and that some of the functionality of that app may not be working as expected.
The app will also be limited to how many students you can add to it while it is in this early stage of development.
What about iOS
Development on iOS started at a later point in the development of The Dojo Team app. As such, the iOS version is still at an early stage and not ready for alpha testing by real users.
We are committed to completing the iOS version of the app, and delivery is now scheduled for June of 2024.
